Milk Thistle, taken with meals, is known to perk up liver function and cleanse the liver of environmental and medicinal toxins which will promote better processing of your CMO II through your liver and into the blood stream, thus helping to maximize results.
For best results, take Milk Thistle for at least one week prior to starting CMO II. Continue to take Milk Thistle with meals through out your CMO II protocol and then drop back to one Milk Thistle capsule per day for healthy liver maintenence.
